2. What data do we collect?

• Request data: the service you want, indicative budget, timeframe and project description.

• Usage data: information about how you use our website.

3. Purpose of processing

We collect this data in order to:

• receive, qualify and answer requests sent through the form, email, phone or WhatsApp;
• improve the functionality and security of the website;
• meet legal obligations, such as invoicing.

4. Technical providers

To operate the form we use Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting the site, running the function and delivering the transactional email. Data is processed only as far as needed to handle the request.

5. Data retention

Request data is kept for as long as needed to reply, to continue the commercial conversation and to meet the applicable legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right not to be subject to an individual automated decision.
